Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our clients are not inconvenienced.

To ensure you get an appointment when you want or with whom you want, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let us know.
Appointments
We respectfully request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Should a cancellation be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice and 48 hours for any date change of a package.

Your gift certificate will be forfeited without such notice.

All cancellations done within 24 hours as well no shows will result in a full charge fee.
Cancellations
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated and may be given directly to your service provider.

Gratuities are not typically included in service prices unless otherwise stated.

The customary gratuity range is at the discretion of the guest.

Gift certificates may not be used for gratuities unless specifically permitted.
For Your Comfort
Your health, safety, and comfort are important to us.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or other health concerns before your service.

Certain treatments may need to be modified or postponed based on your health condition.

If you are under a physician's care, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before receiving spa or massage services.

Our team will make reasonable accommodations to enhance your comfort and safety whenever possible.

Guests are encouraged to communicate any discomfort during their service so adjustments can be made promptly.
Children
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests:

Due to safety reasons regarding equipment and chemicals, children are allowed in the salon by appointment only.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, we encourage arranging childcare for children who are not receiving services.
